The One-time payment option involves a single payment granting one month of membership access without automatic renewal.
Both the monthly and yearly subscriptions follow a subscription-based payment model, ensuring uninterrupted membership benefits. Subscribers also benefit from a reduced per-minute video cost under the subscription model.

2. How to Pay for an Yearly Plan
Choosing the 'Pay Yearly' option provides a 20% discount. Please note that this requires a one-time payment for the entire year. As shown on the pricing page, the total amount due is the monthly fee multiplied by 12.
3. Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
You can cancel your KreadoAI membership plan subscription at any time. To do so, log in to your account, navigate to the Personal Center, find the "My Subscriptions" section, and click on "Cancel Subscription."
Upon cancellation, your membership benefits and remaining K-coins will remain valid for the current billing cycle, but your account will not be auto-renewed for the next cycle, reverting to a free account status without any K-coins allocation.

If you accidentally or mistakenly cancel your subscription and wish to undo this action, please contact us within 48 hours of cancellation by sending an email to [email protected]. We will address and resolve your issue within 2-3 business days.
4. Can I upgrade my account at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade your KreadoAI membership plan at any time.
If you wish to create longer video content or experience more advanced features, you can upgrade to our paid membership plans. Paid subscriptions offer various benefits, including more digital avatars, extended video durations, commercial usage rights, watermark removal, and priority customer support, among others.
